Don’t Delay

Throughout the years, I have seen many businesses ignore problems hoping they go away or because they fear the cost of an attorney. But ignoring the problems often makes them worse—while limiting the range of solutions.

That’s why I encourage my clients to be proactive and get answers to the tough questions early. To that end, I offer business advising arrangements to encourage regular calls to help clients in the long run.

Here’s the thing: the sooner I know about your legal challenge, the more solutions I can present. So address any problems (or potential problems) as soon as you identify them. The value of tackling things head-on far outweighs any advising costs—trust me!

Getting Personal

I graduated from St. Olaf and the University of Minnesota Law School, and was born and raised in the Midwest. I love being outside, and spend a lot of my free time running and fly fishing. I am a family man; happily married to my wife, Delaine. (Fun fact: Chad performed our wedding ceremony!) I’m an overly loving and doting father to my three kids, Charlie, Alice, and Lila. I also enjoy gardening to a fault. (Another fun fact: I once designed and built my own greenhouse!)
