Jennie Clarke
Business Advisor by Day, Artist by Night
When I’m not spending time with business owners, you’ll find me creating fiber art, singing or trying to learn the Irish flute. I also enjoy genealogy and learning about my unique heritage and family stories.
To support businesses outside my daily practice, I serve on many boards for non-profits as well as boards dedicated to the arts.
For Me, It’s All About Solutions
As a business owner, you must make decisions and take risks. It’s critical to strike a balance between what’s perfect and what’s practical. That’s where I come in.
I’m a business advisor, serving clients who own small to mid-sized businesses in a wide range of industries by offering 30 years of experience in problem-solving. I’m dedicated to finding solutions and figuring out what matters most. I take the time to understand your business and your desired outcome, advising you on the best way to move forward.
Within each circumstance, I do my best to make sure your desired outcome is protected and obtained. I refuse to believe that anything is impossible.
Each day, I help clients by:
• Advising on business relationships, contracts, formation, lending, capital raising and beyond
• Evaluating short-term and long-term risks and helping to protect them as they move forward in their business
• Providing practical advice to get things done, instead of focusing on the theoretical alone
Inspired by Relationships
I love getting to know my clients as well as their businesses. I’m inspired by their success, which pushes me forward in my day-to-day work. My inspiration also comes from building long-term relationships with my clients, supporting them as a part of their team. Some of my clients have been with me for decades.
The truth is, you can’t truly separate legal and business—they’re intertwined with one another. That’s why I strive every day to provide value to my clients, instead of being just another check on their list of business to-dos.
